How long is the free trial class?

What happens after the free trial class?
After the free trial class, you can decide whether you would like to continue with our classes. If you are satisfied with our teaching methods and wish to continue, you can select a package and make full payment.
What could happen if I did not attend the class?
A student can request a make up class if he/she is not able to attend his/her regular class . To get the make up class a student must inform us at least 3 hours earlier in case he/she will not attend his/her class so we can inform our teacher not to attend because if teacher attended we pay him/her for that class even if student is absent . . No make ups if student did not inform us at least 3 hours earlier . .All the make ups are to be done at the same Monthly package , NO delay for the next package or Month . .We don’t offer more than 3 make ups in a package or Month .
Can I contact my teacher directly through email or WhatsApp?
No, you cannot contact your teacher directly through email, WhatsApp, or any other means of communication. Our support members are responsible for the contact between students and our teachers to ensure a smooth and organized learning experience.
How do I communicate with my teacher if I have questions or concerns?
You can communicate with your teacher through our online learning platform or during your scheduled classes. If you have any urgent questions or concerns, you can contact our support team, and they will help you get in touch with your teacher.
What is your Refund Policy?
.All refunds are to be made within 30 days after receiving notice from customer .Fees are deducted from the refunds .A Student drops the course before he/she starts or after 3 classes a full (100 %) money back is to be made to student. .No refunds after more than 3 classes .
